Home Depot delivery service had several delays and issues with delivering the doors and Antonio was very professional and flexible with the various changes. Matt was polite and did a very thorough job. My door was hard to lock, had gaps in it and it needed to be leveled. My walls around the door had cracks from settlement of the house. He reframed the door, trimmed, leveled it out and it is opening, closing and locking very smoothly. He replaced the drywall around the door and did such a great job! I would definitely hire again.

Carlos was friendly but he said he could do an exterior door when apparently that's not something he does often. He purchased a >$400 door which we thought together was the correct size but despite having help from a friend did not properly check fitment of the door before cutting it to move a hinge. The door had about a 0.5" gap so it would not be usable without doing extensive reframing. Since the door was cut it could not be returned. I asked if he could use it for another job since it's a standard size but he said he rarely does exterior doors (red flag). He still charged me $300 in labor despite not actually doing the job correctly. I asked them to keep the $400+ door and refund the labor in good faith - have not received a refund. Sorry folks but this is not acceptable. If you're going to modify a door to fit, you should be absolutely sure it fits the client's frame first.
