Mujo was initially very responsive to my request for an estimate on a project to rehab an area of my basement. He also was prompt in giving me a start date for the project and was timely in having his workers starting and completing my basement. He had several workers who were organized, and professional. They stayed with my project until it was completed. I’m very pleased with the results. I also believe that the quote that Mujo gave me was reasonable. In addition was also impressed with how respectful he and his whole team of workers were.

I hired Mestrovac to help us with the build out of a bed nook in our son's room. Their tasks were to remove existing closet hardware, open up the width of the wall, drywall and sand, add bead board panels and paint. They accomplished everything at a great price and under my time line.

On March 21, 2025, Mestrovac Remodeling, LLC and Mujo Mestrovac and CAOA Investments, LLC signed an independent Contractor Agreement ("the Contract") pursuant to which Mestrovac agreed to fully renovate a four unit building in Saint Louis, MO after finding this company on this site. In total, CAOA has paid Mujo Mestrovac and Mestrovac LLC a total of $93,773.83 but Mestrovac have not done any significant work even though the contract stipulates the project to be completed by July 31, 2025. Furthermore, Mestrovac has not obtained the City of Saint Louis required permits which the contract called for Mestrovac to do. As of May 20, 2026, Mestrovac has still not completed the project nor has any plans to do so.
