What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will charge $75-100 per hour depending on the job and minimum is 3 hours to come out. Will give estimates on bigger jobs - kitchens, bathrooms, basement renovations, painting etc
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk to the customer on the phone and get an idea what their project is. If needed I will go out and see the project and give them a bid within a few days. If its a easy project I just them them know over the phone what I charge.
