- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am straightforward with my pricing. Sometimes it is by the hour (small job) and for larger jobs, customers are given a total price that includes materials. I don't have hidden fees. I think it is important for the customer to ask all their questions too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will gather as much information about the project through text or conversation. Once I arrive, I will review the project with the customer and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I purchased my first investment property in 2008. Many of my skills have come from wanting to save money and one way to do that is to learn to fix or install my own projects.
