Pricing: -We offer Flat Labor Rates for all our services. -NO hidden fees. -NO up-charges for materials and parts for jobs. Discounts: -Veterans and Active-Duty Military get 10% off labor for all services. -Disabled Veterans get 20% off labor for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: First, we listen to what the customer needs. Then, we ask key questions to understand the scope of the job, their timeline, and any special requests. Quote & Scheduling: Once we understand the job, we provide a clear quote and discuss available dates & times. Confirmation & Prep: Once we agree on the details, we confirm the appointment and let the customer know what to expect. On-Site Work: On the day of the job, we show up on time, ready to work. we take care to protect their home, clean up when done, and make sure the work is completed to their satisfaction. Follow-Up: After the job, we check in to make sure everything is working as it should. We're always available if they have follow-up questions or need anything adjusted.
