We do the following throughout the house: * Dust from top to bottom * Vacuum all floors * Vacuum the stairs * Hand polish * Throw rugs cleaned * Empty waste baskets * Clean all mirrors * Dust the window ledges * Wash the baseboards (extra cost) * Dust all furniture * Clean all glass surfaces * Remove fingerprints/smudges * Change bed sheets We clean the following in the kitchen: * Sink * Backsplash * All countertops * Small appliance * Glass doors * Microwave (outside) (Inside extra cost) * Floors * Stove (top, front, glass, and pan) * Cook top (cleaned) * Fridge (top, front, sides, and seals) * Empty trash * Dishwasher (outside only) We do the following in the bathrooms: * Sinks * Countertops * Mirrors * Faucets (also polished) * Toilet * Handwash and mop the floors * Empty the trash * Shower stall * Bathtub * Remove soap scum * Shower racks (as able) * Replace the towels and linens The following lists a little something extra (These services are offered at an extra cost): * Interior windows * Sweep the exterior porch * Wipe down the bookshelves and books * Clean the interior of fridge * Clean the interior of freezer * Clean the interior of oven * Wash the walls * Clean the interior of cabinets * Wash the waste baskets * Ceiling fans dusted or cleaned

This young lady is trustworthy and thorough. She keeps her word. I hired her to pack up two rooms that looked like a hoarder's home. She completed the job alone, organized my belongings and put them into 15-20 large storage containers. The job took longer than expected. Instead of asking for more money, she agreed to come back a second day at no charge to do the second room. On the second day, I wasn't home. She worked completely independently. I thank God for Ashley. She is a godsend. I plan to hire her for ongoing household cleaning and organizing. I trust Ashley.

Did a very good job, very well read in the types of cleaning solutions/chemicals and when to use them. When she couldn't clean my kitchen floor (which is, in my opinion, beyond saving), she came back a couple weeks later at no charge and tried again with a professional steam mop

Ashley helped me get on top of the things I haven't been able to accomplish myself. I went around the house before she arrived and made a detailed list of what I wanted done. Her work ethic, attitude and personality are all outstanding. Nothing was too small or too big. I read a few reviews that gave her a one-star rating. My response to that is: you must be rating the wrong person! Ashley doesn't dilly dally around. She gets down to work and moves efficiently through the job. I would love to have her come weekly, but it isn't in my budget; however, her rates are more than reasonable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to setup a quick viewing of their homes, I walk with them throughout their home and step by step explain to them all that I will accomplish for them. It also gives both parties a chance to meet and get to know one another, home cleaning is so personal and I want all my clients to feel at ease with me being in their homes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in varies restaurants and hotels and there I received training on hazardous materials, the proper order of cleaning, and different tips/techniques that can make your cleaning duties less time consuming and tedious.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am proud to say that I have worked with people of all nationalities, ages, and in different stages in their lives. I think that is one of the most rewarding things about my work.
