I hired Pure Cleaning to do an apartment move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. We agreed upon a price and the services that would be given, but I don't think the individual I corresponded with communicated the quote to the person that came to do the cleaning, because they did not do the steam cleaner and tried to charge more than we agreed upon. I explained the situation and she was very understanding and cooperative, she honored the quoted price and came back the next day to do the carpet cleaning that was promised. I live in a different state so I wasn't able to be there, but my agent said they did a good job. My new tenant moved in and did indicate that the tops of the cabinets had some trash on them and obviously hadn't been cleaned by the cleaners (to be fair I'm not sure I would've noticed this and I don't blame the cleaners for missing it). Overall I was very happy with the service and with their willingness to honor their word. I would just suggest better communication between the booker and the cleaner.

Responsiveness and Communication was exceptional. I was needing a project done immediately but the time line was not accepted. Not Pure Cleaning fault on that at all. Contact with them was very professional and will call them back if another project is needed in the St. Louis area. Thank you for the time you have given me today.

They did everything. They cleaned out the fridge, did my dishes, laundry made the bed, helped me with organization and staged my things in addition to a deep clean. Not cheap, but they did come on short notice and are worth they money. A true value for what you get.
