- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Creative Colour Painting we love meeting new people. We perform all types and sizes of projects. Visiting with the customer to assess the project and the customers expectations is extremely important so the first step in the process is to set an appointment for our Project Estimator to view the project and provide and professional assessment and bid. If a scope of work and price is agreed upon we ask for a signed contract and 1/3 deposit to lock a spot down in our schedule. We typically book out about 4-6 weeks. As we get closer to the anticipated start date we will keep you updated on the schedule as things tend to move around slightly due to numbers factors, but we keep customers in order of 1st come, 1st served.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Crew is made up of experienced residential painters. All have been through a painter apprentice program and all continue to learn new skills as they come along. We believe in continual education to better ourselves and provide more skills to help customers complete as much of their project with one contractor as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Creative Colour started with Mike Coleman having a desire to put forth a company with the skill, honor, quality, and understanding that is sometimes hard to come by in the painting industry. Mike has worked as a painter most of his adult life and learned underneath many experienced professionals.
