- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect quality and include travel (up to 15 miles), set-up, and take down of equipment. All prices and extra information are listed on my website, where you can also book an appointment. *for clients more than 15 miles, $0.50 will be added for each mile (not willing to travel more than 50 miles)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients I require an extra 10 to 20 minutes for the first session to go over a little paperwork, and discuss goals and intentions for the session. This time will not take away from the massage but new clients should be prepared to add this extra time during their first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 600 hours completed within the massage therapy program from The Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO. I completed an extra 20 clinical hours while in school at the cancer clinic. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, and Chair Massage, with more education always underway.
