- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is hard to have standard prices, because each project has many variables unless I do time and material work, then you will be billed at an hourly rate depending on which trades you would need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually talk to them on the phone and set up a time to discuss the project in person. I can communicate with my customers in anyway they chose phone, email, or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked through many house flips and have learned very much being in the trades for twenty years, seeing every aspect of the building process.
