- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon the menu that the customer and I come up with. I work with every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the type of event and suggestions for the menu. I come up with a tentative menu. The customer and I go over the menu to finalize it then prices are discussed and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from St.Louis Community College at Forest Park in 2015 with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts.
