Working with Lily was terrific! She was punctual, attentive, informative, and compassionate. I think a common worry when getting home organization help is to have someone come in and set up a system that doesn't work for you, or makes recommendations to get rid of things you're not ready to toss. This is definitely NOT the case with Lily. She took a look at the areas I wanted to tackle, listened to my (rambling) background, and got to work ASAP. She used much of my own unused or poorly utilized boxes/tubs/etc. and provided great suggestions for additional purchases. She asked about items, but never said "you need to get rid of ___". So much of it seemed like common sense in retrospect- but I believe this is a strength that comes from someone with organization skills- being able to connect the dots when the client is too deep in their own situation. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic to work with. Arrived on time, worked super hard, was easy going about things and yet was encouraging when I was letting things go. In under 4 hours we tackled 10 years of crafting build up and got everything clean and organized. Already booked her for more time to help with the rest of the house!
