Introduction: We are a fitness gym that increases the quality of life for surrounding residents. Whereas most fitness clubs are happy to accept dues from club patrons who never show up, we at The Boxing Gym have a real commitment to actually helping our members get in shape. Our programs are designed to increase member participation which results in more people achieving their goals.The core draw for members are the signature Group Classes. These classes are boxing and kickboxing oriented and are taught in a ‘boot-camp’ fashion. Members jump rope, do push-ups, sit-ups, and all manner of calisthenics... in addition to hitting/ kicking their own individual punching bags. All of this is done with hands on instruction from our class instructor. Our classes are for anyone and everyone who is serious about starting a fit and healthy lifestyle or is already living one! From out of shape to in shape, we have something for everyone. Don’t worry, you don’t have to fight in the ring to train like a fighter. We will help you build unreal confidence blended with an amazing work ethic.
