My first and primary concern is helping, guiding, and yes, even pushing my clients in accomplishing their fitness goals. Initially, through consistent dialogue, establish fitness goals, days and time of workouts. Workouts will consist of warm-up, workout, and post workout cool down. On going discussions about a very important item, Nutrition! Every 3-4 weeks, fitness evaluation. See where we are. As you progress, remember, persistence, consistent and a good work ethic. I will nudge, push, when necessary. Think of what you are beginning is a life style change. Will not be easy, but can be done. I will help you get there! Simple, I enjoy helping people accomplish their goals. Seeing one start a new journey and have worth while experiences.
