Initially, through consistent dialogue, establish fitness goals, days and time of workouts. Workouts will consist of warm-up, workout, and post workout cool down. On going discussions about a very important item, Nutrition!
Every 3-4 weeks, fitness evaluation. See where we are.
As you progress, remember, persistence, consistent and a good work ethic.
I will nudge, push, when necessary.
