I love making results happen for people when they
could not do it on there own.When they come back
to the gym with a smile on there face when someone
has said how great they look. When they tell me how much stronger they feel and how much easier they function in there daily lives. When they think enough of my efforts to tell a friend about me, and that they should be trained by me. Explaining things about nutrition that they may or may not have realized. When the light bulb goes off that fitness and nutrition is a life style not a death sentence. And that each small step leads to a great goal.

Debbie listens and understands what your goals are and develops a program for you to achieve your personal goal. I have low back issues and she understood my issues and works closely with me to strengthen my core. She's motivating and constructive to help me recognize my potential to achieve maximum results. The best trainer I've ever worked with.

Deb is great! She is very knowledgeable and finds the correct approach to meet the needs of her clients. I have hip and knee issues and she is working to improve my flexibility in those areas and to build core strength to take pressure away from weaker areas. I have improved after only a few weeks and am thrilled for the future possibilities. Also, she is very personable, flexible and reasonably priced. I am very happy to have found her.

I have worked with Debbie for almost 20 years at 3 locations with great results. I keep returning because of her professional competence, creativity to design a program that will keep me motivated, and lively personality. The personal fitness sessions are both challenging and fun the time goes quickly.
