You can choose to pay in full, opt for multiple payments, or select a monthly payment plan for greater convenience. To reward commitment, I offer discounts to clients who pay in full, ensuring you get the best value for your investment in your health and well-being. Additionally, I run special promotions during certain times of the year, including Black Friday, holiday seasons, and New Year, allowing you to take advantage of reduced rates. It's my way of making my services more accessible while encouraging you to take the first step towards achieving your fitness and mindfulness goals. There are no hidden fees in my pricing. The only additional costs you might encounter are related to the payment processing method chosen, which are standard and transparent. My aim is to provide you with clear, upfront pricing so you can focus on what truly matters - your journey to a stronger, more resilient you.

Following the consult, if you decide to proceed, we'll move to the onboarding phase, utilizing an industry-leading app that streamlines communication, tracking, and access to your personalized program. This technology ensures that every aspect of your journey is at your fingertips, from workouts to mindfulness practices. A comprehensive assessment forms the backbone of your personalized plan. We delve deep into your past experiences, current lifestyle, and future aspirations. This includes a detailed evaluation of your physical fitness levels, dietary habits, and mental well-being. Based on this, I craft a holistic program tailored to your specific goals, whether it's building strength, reducing anxiety, or both. My background in the fitness and wellness industry is both extensive and diverse, spanning over a decade of dedicated service. I've had the privilege of working with more than 300 individuals on a one-on-one basis, exclusively online for the past 7+ years. This experience has honed my skills in delivering personalized, effective coaching regardless of geographical boundaries. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and a Master's degree in Public Health, with a focus on Health Promotion and Policy as well as Chronic Disease Epidemiology. These academic achievements provide me with a solid foundation in understanding the intricate relationship between lifestyle, physical health, and mental well-being. Professionally, I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), which underscores my expertise in creating safe and effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs. Further complementing my skill set is my certification as a Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition, allowing me to guide clients in making informed dietary choices that support their fitness goals. Additionally, I am a certified Mindfulness Coach through My Vinyasa Practice, equipping me with the tools to help clients navigate stress, enhance mental clarity, and cultivate a positive mindset.
