Hello! 😊, My name is Charliee. 🥰 Thank you for considering me for the care of your "fur" family. 🐕. At this time, I'm only able to offer limited dog services. 📆 PLEASE, mention your travel dates when contacting me. About me: I offer a variety of pet care services. I care for cats, small - medium dogs, other small animals, birds. I'm experiencd in giving medications, injections, and IV's, I also make vet visits if needed. I'm happy to provide pretty much any service you and your furry family may need while you're away from home. I often water plants, get the mail & packages, bring pet to the vet, run errands if needed, set out and retrieve trash containers... You'll receive an update, with photos of each pet, for every visit. I strive to take nice photos, maybe you'll like to save a few. A couple of my photos were used as art. I'm always respectful of your home and your privacy. I like my privacy, I treat you as id like to be treated. Your home will always be kept clean and secure. I want you to relax and enjoy your trip without worrying about home responsibilities. I'm in my 60s, and I can take care of most anything that might arise, and things have, like plumbing issues, and flooding, once a tree fell on the house! I will, of course, contact you first. I do this because I love animals. It's fun playing with, exercising, and grooming them. I know they appreciate my attention because of all the purrs, kisses, hugs 'n cuddles I get! It's so rewarding! 🥰 . I've found that it's less stressful, and healthier, for most pets to stay in the safe, familiar surroundings of home when their pet parents are traveling. I'm a genuine person. I treat others as id prefer to be treated. I try to be as flexible and empathetic as possible I pride myself on my honesty, work ethic, dependability, communication skills, and patience. I have reliable transportation. 😉. Just a bit of advice... 😺 Please make sure your pet sitter has someone as a backup. I've had to step into too many stressful situations where a sitter cannot fulfill their agreement. 💥 My 23 yr old son, Ash, and his retired (UPS) Dad, Rick, are my backups and employees, AKA my cat/pet magnets. Cats are drawn to Ash, but dogs absolutely love Rick and he loves dogs! I'm married, and my children Sam & Ash are grown. We have several cats. I've always had cats as well as a variety of other pets. I offer my services in exchange for a fair fee, which I try to keep low. I'm not your ordinary pet sitter, I'm not about rushing to get done and off to the next client. I'm about the well-being and health of your pet(s). I don't do this for the huge earnings, Lol I simply enjoy animals, especially pets. Animals, especially pets, have so much love to share, they're just full of it! 😄 I'm always open to the negotiation of my fee. I'm confident that I can understand and relate to any issue or concern you may have. If I don't understand, I will, always, ask. 👉 Normally, we first connect via the app. They get paid when I respond to you. Then we can text via the app or directly, or call Next, we schedule a time to meet, free of charge. (I offer Zoom calls if needed.) I want you to feel comfortable and confident in my abilities to properly care for your pet. My aim is for you to not need to worry about your pets or your home while you're away. I've met a lot of wonderful pet owners. I'm grateful to now call many of them my"friends". 🥰 A good portion of my clients have had me return multiple times, over the years. I consider this a real compliment and honor. 🙏 I never overbook which offers you flexibility in your travel needs. Plus, why stress myself out? I pet sit because I enjoy it! ~~~~~~~~~ 👋 👉 If you request availability, or a meet and greet... "All pet sitters on Thumbtack" pay $5.00+/- automatically, per lead, I don't pet sit for the money, I enjoy it. I try to keep my fee low. It becomes unprofitable when I'm charged to communicate with someone who is not seriously interested in hiring me. I just really love and enjoy animals, I like to meet new people and help out. I find this work quite rewarding. Please realize I pay about $5 to respond to you or to offer my service to you. For a pet sitter, the costs add up quickly.
