- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pretty much always diagnose for free. Parts cost what they cost and I push all my customers to check prices for themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and my background. Get the customers symptoms, if I can I will share what help I can at that moment. Otherwise work on setting a time and date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have an Associates degree in Process Technology, lots of electronics and electricity classes went along with them. Most of my past jobs have been as an IT Specialist.
