- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free end to end services for home buyers. There is no fee charged for any part of my service to home buyers. I charge a negotiable fee for homeowners looking to sell their property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tailor my services to buyers or a homeowner looking to sell their properties. I check with my buyers to ensure they are pre-approved for a mortgage. This is important to ensure that we are focused on only those properties that are within your price range. Once pre-approved, I meet with my customer to discuss the maximum amount of money you'll like to pay in mortgage, understand your wants and your absolute must haves. We'll create a customized search complete with email notifications when we find property within your preferred locations and with your preferred features. For all properties you like, I'll schedule showings within your timeline and send out the appropriate contracts for these properties after we have seen them. We will continue to do so till we find a home that meets your expectations. When working with a homeowner looking to sell their property, I love to meet with you before we list your property. It's important to ensure that we get to know your needs and to establish a mutual rapport. I have a 15 point checklist to walk through with you that would be tailored to your personal needs to ensure we get the maximum value for your property and to ensure we sell your property within 30 - 45 days.
