Working with Mike has been one of my top customer service experiences ever! From the moment I reached out to get an estimate, he was exceptionally responsive, helpful and thorough. I could tell from the reviews and photos that he was an expert pianomover, not just a mover who happens to movepianos. The piano was well protected and secured in the truck, and the team navigated our side yard and back yard to bring the piano in our widest doors at the back. I was surprised that they even picked the piano up to move it over a threshold at one point, they didn’t just roll it the whole way. When the piano was picked up, Mike sent a message and photos, and when he arrived he provided his business card to confirm his identity. I could not have been any more pleased!

I chose the best value option that had piano specific moving and I feel like I got top tier pros. (I didn't have any major stairs or challenges, so I can't speak to that). My piano arrived in excellent condition with a great scheduling experience, punctuality, text updates with pictures and accurate ETAs. I have friends who have spent almost double for the same service. I love Thumbtack and independent business owners.

Mike and Maurice did a great job. They were on time, professional, had all the right tools. They handled a challenging move- getting the elliptical down into the basement. That's a 400 lb. machine, and they used numerous techniques to navigate the house, tight turns, door frames, straps, blankets and slides and dollies. Perfect move. They also helped move an armoire and remove a mounted TV. They were friendly and professional, and I recommend them highly.
