They saved me and my pets. They didn’t overcharge me, although in my position, they could have. Just moving items from storage container into a home. They were very late due to truck problems, the crew didn't know what needed to happen even though I'd detailed everything several times before. I had to help move the items along with them. Only one dolly/handtruck was brought (and they didn't use it?) so everything was carried up or down stairs including washer/dryer/couches, etc. Value? Not really. Save my back moving a few heavy items? I guess... even though I had to help move the heavy item. Make sure you communicate and they understand what's going on.

My original movers cancelled my 9am booking at midnight the night before. This move was meticulously planned, moving from point a to point b, picking up items at point b and then going to a storage facility to drop off everything left over. I contacted two movers on here in the middle of the night for a move first thing in the morning. I ended up booking the other one - they too happened to be up at 3am. But these gentlemen saw my message explaining all the above, saw the short turnaround time, and responded to me, ready and willing to roll, friendly and professionally, at 5 am!! So I am giving them a great review based on that. They were ready to help me out at the last minute with no problem.

I hired Dream Chase Hauling yesterday for a move today. They showed up right on time, were incredibly polite and hard-working. I needed to empty 2 different storage units and bring everything to my garage. The U-Haul I rented had a dead battery when we went to move locations - Michael and Diondre said "no problem, we got you!" and jumped U Haul for me! Michael and Diondre were delightful. Highly recommend this company and I definitely will use them again.

Where to begin. We were quoted a price 6 months ago of $7,900 to move our 1900 square foot house. We were originally told it would take 2 trucks and 5 guys to pack and move. 1-17 foot truck and 2 guys showed up. They put half our stuff in storage and picked up more. We never discussed storing any of our stuff. We then had to rent 2 u-haul trailers and a moving truck. Because it took so long to move our stuff, our food didn’t stay cold and had to be thrown out. Our furniture wasn’t very well cared for and has a lot of dings and scuffs and some broken pieces. At the end of the day, this move cost us around $20,000. Crooks who had us by the balls.

I’m very impressed with Bond Strong Moving. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them. Kendall was very polite and easy to work with along with his partner (forgive me but I forgot your name). The man actually had car trouble and still managed to arrive at the agreed upon time. My request included an extra stop at a storage facility so it added a bit more time and we were downsizing from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a 1 bedroom apt. Hence the trip to storage. All fees and hourly rate was discussed beforehand so no surprises. They worked quickly and efficiently. I felt the rates were fair and will definitely use them in future. Thank you Kendall!

Contacted them almost 2 weeks ago and was very detailed in asking if they could accommodate my move from a small storage unit Saturday at 2pm, they agreed and confirmed. They messaged me yesterday (Friday) saying they arrived to do the project a day early, then marked the project as complete without me even knowing. Sent them a screen shot of the confirmed date and time asking if they’d please confirm if they were still helping me move today (Saturday at 2pm) Was told they could do 3 hours later at 5pm because they were booked. Yes, you were booked with me. -_- I planned every detail around this move and would’ve had to delay and change everything around if another mover didn’t step up. So glad I was able to get someone else at the last minute. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

I contacted for a move and got a response almost immediately. My move was out of state, the home is in OH and I am located in TN. I needed a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home moved to a storage facility and I needed them to access this unit remotely, without me present. They did a fantastic job, 10/10. THEY UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! 🙌🎉💥 All of the furnishings are brand new as the property was used for Airbnb purposes. In addition to that, all the linens are CRISPY white and freshly opened as well. They packed EVERYTHING in PRISTINE condition. They kept all our furnishings in new condition and kept all our linens just as white as they were when they started. For the size of the job, they did it in a really impressive amount of time and they took pictures along the way to update their progress. They stayed in constant contact throughout so I didn’t have to worry about anything and if they had questions about anything, they made sure to ask rather than assume. They were in and out of the home without me present, they accessed the storage unit without me present, and they 100% completed the job in less than half a day. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT service - can not express this enough. They are trustworthy, kind, and self motivated to get the job done RIGHT! 🎉🎉🎉 Will use again if ever need in the area. These guys are FANTASTIC🥵

Yo these guys are the BEES KNEES, they helped me SAME DAY, BANGING price, punctual, QUICK. I mean they JUST left and I had to write this because they really just came all in ready to go. They took precautions with my fragile stuff, it's like they could read my mind on where stuff needed to go. I have a 3 story townhome and had them move a 10x15 storage unit that was PACKED. It started to rain sadly and they made sure my items were protected and cleaned up after themselves were their boots got wet and dirty. I didn't have to help at all besides saying where stuff could go! This totally beats having to move everything by myself AGAIN. and honestly they were cheaper than renting a box truck and going back and forth like I was dreading again. Moving SUCKS but these guys make it seem like it's nothing! The pictures I am tagging are what these guys accomplished in almost 3 hours on the dot, that's with driving included

Unfortunately, I am compelled to circle back to this company and leave a more suitable review following my encounter with this company. I will admit they came to help me at around 6pm on a friday evening. I should have known better, and been a bit more realistic with my expectations and the quality of work i'd receive late on a friday evening. Apparently, one of the "owners" who did seem like a head guy in charge of the move had to leave before the job was finished. He also stated there were items he wasn't able to move the rest of what was in the storage unit to my 3rd floor apartment. He stated there were boxes uncovered or open (they were closed, and just needed taped. easy enough fix had i been given opportunity. the guy didn't want to finish the job.) they'd also left the heaviest item I own in there, my electric fireplace. I allowed him to close the door to the storage unit as he'd stated they couldnt move anything else in there, and this was after leaving the rest of what I wanted to donate in one of my other units. So, all in all, we had agreed on one unit being empited and I stated there were two "half" units to be moved, however, that's not at all what got moved. We initially planned on 2 hours, however, with the strong stench of marajuana coming from the truck when his guys pulled up I could assume why the one guy wasn't really wanting to move things or work and why it took longer than anticipated. The guy who left mid-job even made the comment to me "Im not trying to be an asshole, but my girl works and doesnt have a sitter".. well, I'd already felt like I was a burden to this company for paying for a service and didnt argue. threw the lock on the door and just let them take what was there. i thought just boxes were left. Pregnancy brain (im almost 6 months, btw. and obviously cant carry a lot myself.). once i realized how much was still missing the next day, i messaged the owner Maleek who quoted me another $150 to come finish a job that they did not finish but were paid in full and tipped additionally the night before. I am still at odds, as he tried to send out the same man that was crappy with me the night before. horrible customer service, and zero integrity on the owners behalf. I requested a refund in the amount of what i had to pay someone else to help me move as i obviously cant do so myself. He refuses to cover that, and of the over 600 they got out of me, wanted to offer $50. I will never work with these guys again, and I will never recommend any one waste their money. I hope the other two younger guys find a better company to work for.

2nd time customer whose most recent move was completed on 5/15. Muscle Movers was the obvious choice for my move because they had just moved me to a storage facility 6 months prior and that move went great. They unassembled my bedroom suits at the time of my initial move and said they stored them bolts in the dressers of each set, but when assembling the items at the new place the bolts for my master bedroom were missing. The owner accused me of taking the bolts at which time I had reminded him that I had recommended storing the bolts in my toolbox as I did with my other moves but he assured me their process of putting them in the dresser of the respective set made more sense so I obliged since they’re supposed to be the professionals. At the same time they were looking for the bolts the owner had said they needed to leave, but he could come back and finish looking/setting up but he had to drop his workers off otherwise their rates would begin coming from his pocket. I was not able to stay later to meet him so they did end up staying, but I could tell the owner had an attitude so I offered to let them all leave and finish later in the week, but he agreed to finish while they were there. I was concerned about them staying as I didn’t want to risk the integrity of my son’s nursery bed because of it. The bolts for my master bedroom was never found, but luckily they found my son’s nursery bolts. The owner assured me that they could find some Universal bolts to fit my master room. However, as they finished putting my nursery room together they mysteriously had extra bolts that “fit” my master bedroom and they believed they were to my master bedroom. I questioned this because again I didn’t want the integrity of my son’s bed compromised because of their mistake but they assured me that his bed was put together with all the screws it required. I also recalled from my prior move them saying they were putting my son’s nursery bolts in his dresser and the master bolts in that dresser. I also questioned the extra screws from the nursery as they were made by different manufacturers but they again assured me they believed they were for my master. They ended up using the screws that were left from my son’s room for my master after again assuring me they were for my master. Weeks later, I found the bolts for my master in the wall of the dresser (see attached pic) after having my dresser drawer get stuck which lets me know they did not use the correct bolts to put my master bed together which now has me concerned about the integrity of my bed but also what I might be faced with when we move again. Additionally, my dresser was damaged during the move (a dresser to a bedroom set I had purchased 5 months before my move, a chunk of wood was missing and another piece was pushed in - see pic). The owner first said he had someone who would “fix” it. He later said that he could fix it and would have Kylie, the admin/secretary, contact me to setup time to repair it on Wednesday which never came. The owner never apologized for any inconvenience and I was charged full price so I obviously didn’t tip which I’m big about. As a repeat customer I’m disappointed and will never use this company again. Here we are almost two months later and I have yet to hear from the company about my dresser repair.

As a client who prioritizes quality, integrity, and professionalism in service providers, I feel a responsibility to share my experience with this company. My intent is not to influence your final decision, but to provide an informed and transparent account for prospective clients who value service excellence and accountability. I selected this moving company based on favorable ratings on Thumbtack and the company’s polished advertising, which appeared to reflect a high standard of professionalism. However, upon further investigation following my experience, I learned that the business is not formally registered and does not hold an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, contrary to what one might reasonably infer from its marketing presence. The day before my scheduled move, I had a detailed conversation with Malik, the company’s owner and lead mover. We mutually confirmed the time constraints, reviewed the inventory to be moved, and agreed on the logistics. Malik provided a written estimate and initially presented himself as competent and professional. That favorable impression was short-lived. On the morning of the move, the company was entirely unresponsive until I indicated a firm deadline for arrival, at which point I would be forced to secure another provider. Only then did Malik acknowledge the appointment. He even attempted to cast doubt on the identity of the person I had spoken with, despite our prior documented communication in an attempt to undermine me when indeed he was the person I was speaking with throughout the delay. The movers arrived 27 minutes past the agreed time and did not begin the actual moving process until 39 minutes past the hour. Malik conducted a walkthrough, which in itself was reasonable, but demonstrated no urgency or time awareness despite our prior discussion emphasizing the importance of timeliness. To their credit, the three movers accompanying Malik conducted themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. They demonstrated strong communication, empathy, and respect for my time and property. I commend their efforts and professionalism under what I now recognize were less than ideal leadership circumstances. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Malik. Throughout the process, he displayed dismissiveness, deflected accountability, abuse of authority, and behaved in a manner that can only be described as unprofessional. At one point, he spoke disparagingly about his own team, a concerning indicator of poor leadership and company culture, which I addressed directly with him. A particularly troubling aspect of the move involved a high-value Harlow six-drawer glass dresser from Value City Furniture priced over $1,000 and other competitor stores. At the start of the move, Malik acknowledged that two drawers had existing minor imperfections. In good faith, I agreed to remove the two damages drawers and two undamaged drawers and transport them in my personal vehicle at his request, to mitigate risk and reduce weight. Malik assured me that the remaining bottom two undamaged drawers would be protected with blankets and wrap. Midway through the move, I noticed all four movers had disappeared for an extended duration. Upon investigation, I found my furniture and boxes haphazardly loaded into the rented truck (UHUAL) with no discernible care or method. My larger furniture pieces sitting in the building’s lobby after my leasing agent made me aware. When I questioned the packing quality, Malik became visibly defensive and irritated, offering no constructive explanation. Reassured me it would be taken care of and not to insult his ability to load/pack a truck. By 11 a.m. a full two hours after our agreed start time, Malik suggested he would only transport the large furniture, leaving smaller items for me to move in personal vehicle. This completely contradicts the purpose of hiring a full-service moving provider. Again, his team apologized for his behavior and attempted to mitigate the situation. Informing me, it’s me, yet this is business practices to gain more profit while running up the clock. Which I responded, well generous tips if applicable bridge the gaps if provide excellent on-time services. Back at the pickup site, when I resumed removing the final two undamaged drawers, Malik instructed me to leave them in place, reassuring me they would be properly protected in transit. Trusting his professional judgment, I complied. Upon arrival at the new residence, Malik insisted that I sign the agreement and remit full payment before the truck would be unloaded. I explained that standard practice among reputable moving companies is to allow customers to inspect items and full unload before payment is finalized. Malik dismissed my concern, stating that unless payment was rendered immediately, my belongings would remain on the truck. He then instructed his crew to halt unloading. I respectfully reiterated my concerns, particularly in light of the delayed arrival and poor handling. Malik responded with hostility, threatening to terminate the job and withhold my belongings unless payment was submitted on his terms. I had no choice but to proceed under duress which at the time interfered with a scheduled personal appointment I needed to attend. Malik did agreed to take a few dollars off for the late arrival after a negotiating with him. Attempted to get more money out of me if he has to return to complete the unfinished moved which I declined. Following the move, I discovered a new, severe crack in one of the previously undamaged Harlow dresser drawers. Which location of the damage differ from the acknowledged pre-existing damages on the two other drawers. Along with dirt stains on an upholstered Ariel footboard storage bench that had not been wrapped, and lint and residue from dirty moving blankets embedded in my Gentry reclining sofa set. These were premium, brand-new furniture pieces, purchased and delivered by Value City Furniture in pristine condition just months earlier. I documented the condition of each item both before and after the move with clear photographic evidence, some of which included Malik visible in the background. I shared these images with him. In response, Malik offered a mere $40 goodwill payment, citing a policy of $0.60 per pound and falsely estimating the drawer’s weight at 5 pounds. This valuation was grossly inaccurate. The drawer is constructed of hardwood and tempered glass, weighing far more than claimed. When I proposed that Value City Furniture provide certified documentation regarding the dresser’s weight and replacement value, Malik abruptly ended our conversation and declined further discussion. He later claimed in our Thumbtack correspondence that he had photos of the item’s original condition, yet when I requested twice of these, he failed to produce them. I had already submitted my own photographic documentation, including an IKEA floor mirror that arrived undamaged and pristine. Malik then accused me of attempting to “retroactively claim compensation”, which is categorically false. I do not pursue reimbursement frivolously. I value premium service and am willing to pay for it, but I do expect it to be delivered with the care, integrity, and professionalism it warrants. Malik went on to suggest I dispute the charge with my bank, smugly asserting arrogantly that he had all necessary documentation to prevail. He failed to acknowledge that these documents were signed under pressure, before damage inspection or truck unloading. For the past two days, I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter amicably. Malik has ceased all communication and unilaterally closed the ticket, refusing to engage in any further dialogue or offer reasonable restitution. I remain open to a fair and proportional resolution and will consider removing this review upon receiving one. This experience did not meet the expectations of a professional moving company and fell substantially short of the standards advertised. Apart of from the owner/lead his three employees are exceptionally great. Thank you for your service and empathy. I urge prospective clients to evaluate this feedback carefully before making their decision. I hope to resolve my concerns soon with American Logistics & Solutions.
