FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer services packages that are consistent with 3 hrs of my time each session. This package can be customized to my client's needs. If you are looking to pay hourly my rate is $75/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with me, I offer a complimentary 15 min consultation to determine if my services and process fit what you are looking for. After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a questionnaire to provide key information about your lifestyle, clothing, style preferences, and any additional information you want to share. If you schedule an in-person service, this is how the process goes: Closet Edit is a crucial first step. In this session, I will get to know you and your style. Together we will review your daily routine and the clothing preferences that will help me create ideal outfits for you. We will schedule an appointment house and dive into your closet to identify the items you own. I will help you discover new ways to style these pieces. We will discuss body shape, trends, color preferences, and fitting during this process. I will answer any questions you may have. Then we separate the clothes you haven't worn in a while, complicating the process of getting dressed. We will classify all your items into keep, donate, and alterations. I will provide suggestions and fitting advice for the things that need alterations. I can refer a person if you don't have a professional tailor. Personal shopping: We will determine the preferred shopping location, and I'll be there before you arrive at the store. I will prepare clothing items and accessories for you to try on once you arrive at the store. Depending on the store availability, we will determine if it is necessary to create an online shipping list with the essential items that we couldn't find in person. Style Makeover: This is a full-service package that includes: a closet edit + personal shopping experience + online shopping list + style development Phase 1 We will schedule an in-person appointment at your house to start the process with your closet. 1. Closet Cleanse & curation of items: I will guide you to identify the clothes that no longer suit you and explain why these items are not enhancing your features. You will learn what colors and styles are flattering. This way, you can continue developing your wardrobe selection after our session. We will separate the pieces that can be simply tailored to get more wear. Outfits creation: After our closet detox, I will work to maximize what you own, creating uniquely & stylish outfit combinations with your existing clothes. Phase 2 We will schedule a 2nd in-person appointment at the stores that will match your style. You will learn the benefits of implementing all the information I shared throughout our process and help you develop tools to pass on discounted garments that are temptations and don't align with your new style. Bonus Online shopping list: Sometimes, it isn't easy to find all the items I recommend for building your new wardrobe. That's why I decided to include an online shopping list with links to pieces we couldn't get at the store in this package.
