- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give is to make sure that the person you hire is qualified for the work you need done. Many tax preparers are qualifed to do basic tax returns, but if you have special needs, make sure you ask your preparer is she knows how to handle your problem. For example: if you're having IRS trouble, you want an Enrolled Agent because that person is licensed to represent you before the IRS, a basic tax preparer is not.
