- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with you on any price. I'm willing to beat the competetors bid, even if I work for next to nothing. 15$ an hour in most cases is the average cost I charge on big jobs. I will come down to 8-10$ an hour for smaller jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know the customer. I make sure I understand what their expectations are by asking a lot of questions, taking note of specific details, so I can guarantee their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 hour OSHA card.
