We do not offer a quick, in and out job (translation-a cheap job), but rather a thorough and stellar window cleaning service everytime that consists of the following: (1) Extra care is taken when working in and around your home, and if necessary in moving any of your furniture or personal belongings. We wear protective shoe coverings inside your home and use dropclothes to protect your floors and woodwork. (2) We hand wash all window screens, as well as cleaning your window tracks and sills. (3) We use ladders (not poles) to get right up on your glass so we can properly clean your glass with a strip washer and use a wide scrapper to remove any paint overspray, bugs, sap, etc. (4) We then apply and squeegee off solution called Glisten and towel dry around the window frame where water collects. The result is your windows will be left sparkling clean and protected from the harsh elements. We also provide the following additional services: mirror cleaning, ceiling fan cleaning, light fixture cleaning, gutter cleaning, caulking, and some small window and glass repair.
