- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment terms and conditions: 50% is due on hiring date (upon receiving invoice and service contract), this is non-reimbursable after the materials have been purchased (in case of a cancellation the raw materials will be delivered to your location). The rest (50%) is due on the first day of the install/delivery. We accept credit card (with a 3% fee). Check, Debit and Account transfer (no fee). Cash (3% discount on cash payments). Join the referral program! For every project hired by someone you refer we'll send you a 25 dollar gift card/check, or credit 50 dollars towards your next project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of furniture, I usually do an in-home consultation to determine the best approach for the project as well as take measurements angles as well as any other considerations for the project. Then I design the piece in 3d modeling software and and provide you the opportunity to change/improve anything on it before giving a final price for the piece (unless you add more changes after the fact).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have engineering background, did woodworking and electricity with my family and been building things since I was a kid.
