Alyssa Losego Yoga

Hi! I'm Alyssa, yoga teacher and alignment nerd. I have been teaching yoga for about 11 years and I absolutely love bringing the practice to new and seasoned practitioners. I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers (Senior) Yoga and Ashtanga, and can blend styles to meet you where you are. My focus when teaching yoga is finding the best path for each individual. Yoga is not "one discipline fits all" and it is more than the physical postures we practice on the mat. My goal with each student is to create self awareness and confidence that transcends your time on the mat and shows up in your everyday life. My teaching style is friendly, uplifting and playful. We will focus heavily on alignment not only to protect our bodies, but to alleviate pain and find that sweet spot where the purpose of the posture is truly felt. As your teacher, I will answer your questions without judgement, provide insight with patience, and hold space for you to be who you want to be! I am available for one on one sessions, group sessions, children's sessions, bachelorette or corporate sessions, or basically anything fun you have in mind!!
