- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $200 retainer due at booking. That pays for the time I take to plan your shoot, our consultation, the hour we spend photographing, and the reveal and order session. After that all prints and products are a la carte.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I make an initial phone call to go over what to expect next. 2. Then I send them a welcome email and a questionnaire, to get to know them and their style more. 3. Then a consultation meeting, where we go over the planned out shoot, wardrobe, location, ect. 4. Then our photoshoot is about one hour long. 5. One week after the photoshoot, you come to my studio for a reveal and order session. This is where you get to see your photos and order any prints and/or products. 6. Then I contact you when your products are in and I've overlooked them to ensure they are up to my high standards, and we set a date and time for pick up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Photography through the art institute, and a year long mentorship with top photographers in the St Louis area.
