I contacted Kevin about an AT&T iPhone 4s screen replacement that I needed. I expressed to him the need to be without my phone for as short a time as possible. Kevin picked up my phone about 7PM (after I was home from work) and returned it to me at 1AM (6 hours later)!!!! He ran into an LED problem while working on my phone, and repaired that, too. He didn't charge me extra for LITERALLY working all night; his prices were less than I found online. My phone now works perfectly.
After my iPhone repair, I decided to install an Apple TV in my daughter's room. After getting this home, I realized I truly had no idea what I was doing...so I called Kevin. He came over that afternoon (a Sunday) and spent a few hours helping me set everything up and getting my Apple TV running. This required Kevin to remove malware from my computer and update my iTunes account. (Nothing I plan ever goes accordingly!)
I could NOT ask for anything more in customer or technology service. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. You cannot go wrong contacting STL Nerds for any technology issue that you may have.

My computer got a terrible virus and some trojans. Kevin got rid of all the bad stuff and the computer works great now. He even picked up the computer and delivered it back to me. I own an insurance agency and need working computers every day. I now have Kevin on speed dial.

Kevin has been the DJ at all of our dances for many years now and I have nothing but positive things to say! The music is playing continuously and always keeps people on the dance floor. Additionally, he takes, and plays, even the craziest requests and keeps everyone entertained all night long. Excellent DJ services for any event.

We had lots of issues with our desktop, printer and ipads, Very knowledgeable, helpful, patient with all our questions as well as training. Prices very fair and well worth it. We will defiantly use STL Nerds again. Highly recommended !!!!

I was having issues with images displaying my computer. My daughter referred me to Kevin, who came over the next evening to fix my machine. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with my questions (something my daughter says can be a challenge. I'm an old man; I don't understand all this technology). Kevin took care of my graphics issue, restored some things I messed up on the machine and then updated my system's security. Great service, which is rare these days, and very affordable pricing. Give him a call; I'm sure I will be calling again in the future.
