Yes, we charge $65 as a flat rate- regardless of how long the repair takes. If any more parts are required, we speak with the customer about options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know them, and how they are in the state they are now. We like to develop a personal relationship with a customer so we can serve them better.

We have worked with all types of customers! We have done work for small businesses around town, and we have also done many things for individual residents.
