- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the company you hire is Licensed, Insured with Workman's Comp and Liability Insurance. Licensed with the City Of Springfield and surrounding areas. And they should be able to provide you that the employees have passed a background and drug test. And also check with the Better Business Bureau for your peace of mind.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We have added our Rotobrush unit the first of the year but our parent company was founded in 1985 by Arnie Ross. As a hands on owner, Arnie makes sure all divisions of his company run at the highest level of quality control at competitive prices. We are members of Springfield Contractor's Assoc., Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, BNI networking. We recieved the 2010 Best of Business Award in Plumbing Contracotrs category by SBCA
