Dave saved our investment. We had what I would consider to be extremely unleveled subfloors and he was able to lay a perfectly level luxury vinyl plank floor in three days on almost 1800 sq ft. We called him with a ridiculous deadline after a failure from someone else and said we only had 5 days to get it done. He got it done perfectly in 3. His price was half of what some quotes were which made us skeptical , as did the the fact that he works alone. We quickly realized both of these things are because he is meticulous and has integrity.
