Dave saved our investment. We had what I would consider to be extremely unleveled subfloors and he was able to lay a perfectly level luxury vinyl plank floor in three days on almost 1800 sq ft.
We called him with a ridiculous deadline after a failure from someone else and said we only had 5 days to get it done. He got it done perfectly in 3. His price was half of what some quotes were which made us skeptical , as did the the fact that he works alone. We quickly realized both of these things are because he is meticulous and has integrity. We have already recommended him to the house flippers we personally know and want to recommend him here as well.
