Our pricing is simple, transparent, and based on the size and condition of the space along with the type of service requested. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, commercial spaces, and Airbnb turnovers are priced according to the time, detail, and tools required. We offer affordable recurring rates for weekly, biweekly, and monthly clients, and many customers choose a recurring schedule to maintain their home or rental at a steady baseline. Specialty add-ons (fridge, oven, laundry, organizing, etc.) can be added as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick conversation to understand your home, business, or rental and your cleaning goals. Next, we provide a clear and accurate quote so you know exactly what to expect. On the day of service, our team arrives on time with all supplies and reviews the plan with you. After the cleaning, we complete a Quality Assurance follow-up to ensure you are fully satisfied. This process stays the same whether you’re booking a deep clean, move-out clean, commercial cleaning, or Airbnb turnover service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential and commercial cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, Airbnb turnover procedures, and safe product usage. We use only family-friendly, pet-safe, and septic-safe cleaning products. We also train on STR staging, inspection checklists, move-out protocols, organizing methods, and specialty add-ons so every service is consistent and detail-oriented. Ongoing training keeps our quality high and ensures customers receive reliable, premium results every visit.
