- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My regular rate is $35 per hour; my security fee is also $35. A typical room takes 3 to 4 hours to organize. My rate is $30 per hour if I am paid upfront to organize a minimum of 3 rooms. I require $25 for your in-home consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An in-home consultation with my client takes place first, so I can understand their needs and wants. Then I prepare a written agreement concerning the scope of work to be done and a cost estimate. Sometimes the consultation and first session happen the same day. I also inquire about other considerations my clients may not think of. Projects can change mid-stream, so I continue to communicate with the client for their best results.
