I want to commend the team at Midwest Roofing for their good work on my roof. Drew and Tara were my main contacts. Drew did so much work with inspecting my home with a drone and sharing the video with me. He also met with my insurance adjuster and advocated for the needed repairs. His comprehensive approach caused the adjuster to approve the repairs quickly and fully. He stayed with me through the whole process checking in while we worked through the scheduling. He also guided me through choosing the roofing materials. He was available anytime I reached out to him. Even at some later hours after 5pm.Tara was an excellent coordinator. She reached out with all the information that I needed to provide to insurance. I really appreciated her asking me if texting or phone calls were my preferred method of communication. We were in constant contact through the process of the roof scheduling, gutter installation and wrapping up the work on supplements to insurance. She helped me with the information I needed to work with the solar company to remove and reinstall the solar panels on my roof. Any questions or needs I had both Drew and Tara were there for me.The gutters were by a different subcontractor and they were very courteous and communicated well.At the end of the job Tara supplied me with a comprehensive summary supplemental report with pictures for my records.I love the way my new roof and gutters look on my home and am very satisfied.

Jamie has a team thats on the beam from Jamie to office to crew and Jason double checking everything with the new roof. The office communicates well with insurance.

Midwest roofing is absolutely the BEST! Their sales rep Drew is the best Ive ever dealt with in any type of business! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of even after the roof was on. With an issue with our shed roof that they also replaced he was on it until it was right. The repair tech Brayden on this was also fantastic. He even went up in our attic and on the roof to double check the work. Weve had other roof companies over the years who just did the job and never followed up. Midwest has process in place where the work is checked and double checked to make sure its RIGHT! Only reason Im giving 5 stars is they wont let me do 10! Well never use anyone else. They also went to bat with insurance when they denied coverage on parts of the roof until it was ALL covered! Again hats off and thank you Drew and Brayden!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections so its no cost at all to come have us check out your roof and get you that peace of mind you're looking for!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with that free inspection, which includes a look inside your attic to find any underlying issues we cant see on the exterior. We then start building a quote, figuring out how you want your home to look and whats best for your roofing system. We work with your insurance company as well if that is the route you are taking, making sure you get what you are covered for every time. After that you will have a dedicated Project Administrator that works directly with you and our inspector to keep you updated on scheduling and answer any questions you might have!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been roofing in central Missouri for 20 years, we bring that experience to every inspection we do. We are a Platinum installer For Owen's Corning Shingles which provides our customers with some of the best warranty options on the market. We have also won several awards, including Missouris Best in and the Owens Corning Sustainability award in 2026.
