Southern Precision responded to my inquiry the next day, and after some research I decided to go with them for repair of a leaking roof. After inspection by Seth and my insurance company it was decided to replace the entire roof because of pretty widespread wind damage. Seth worked closely with me in determining what products were best suited, and spent quite a bit of time answering my many questions. Once we decided on the right products, his guys removed the old roof and replaced it in one long day. They came out the next day to clean up the last scraps and finished everything up. As far as I can tell, the workmanship was excellent.
Throughout the process Seth worked closely with my insurance company to make sure we covered all the costs that my policy allowed.
All in all, I'm very pleased with the whole project.
