Kim was awesome. She is very professional and punctual. She cleaned our house from top to bottom. The fact that she brought her adult kids with her to help was a plus. It was a family affair and they did a fantastic job. My husband and I were in awe. We decided on keeping her services. Kim was responsive- showed up on time and did the work quoted. She also was a great listener as my 86 yr old father had just lost his wife and needed to just needed able to talk. She was kind to him and he enjoyed her company as well as her work.

Kim and her daughter are AMAZING- we bought a house and the previous owners did not clean before they moved out (and hadn’t cleaned for a while, it seemed). We had our floors and backsplash remodeled before move in and the house was just a disaster. After a day with Kim and her daughter the house is sparkling!!! It was a HUGE job and I am forever grateful to them for helping us now feel comfortable moving into our new home.

I was so impressed with Kim and her daughter. They arrived at the agreed upon time and did an excellent job cleaning my house. I have used many cleaning services in the past, but I don’t think my house has ever been cleaned so thoroughly. I will definitely continue to use Kim’s Cleaning Service.

My pricing is based on how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to come out and meet with the customer. And take I look at the home and let them know exactly how long it would take to do the home or business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning services business for over 15 years. I have worked in commercial and residential cleaning and also construction clean up. I have supervised over both commercial and presidential cleaning.
