FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I will be attending an International Face and Body Painting convention this year about which I am very excited. I also have a membership to a site that I can access 24 hours a day and watch face painters from all over the world who are taping tutorials and talking about their favorite paint brands, what brushes they prefer and how they approach each design. I have learned by watching other professional face painters!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became fascinated when I saw the Chicago face painter. Also, it is a creative process and that is very challenging for me. I do not work from a design board. I prefer to simply create as I go. No two designs are ever the same and that keeps everything fresh!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do many craft shows, festivals and birthday parties. I also volunteer as much as possible because this business has been so good to me. I volunteer at least one event during the Christmas season, the March of Dimes, children's hospital, events for special needs children, etc. It is my way of giving back.
