Communication was good and some of the service was. Hired to do two TVs in my home. One is still leaning and moving forward without anyone touching it. Advised he would come back out to fix what was not done properly and still nothing. I asked to rehang (before leaving but another day) because it it still too high. And said he would come back out to do that one but at an added cost. No sir. Took almost 5 hours well into the night (with help) to do a job that was not done correctly. I advised after that we could come to an agreement that he could do a partial refund because of the service and I got nothing. He said he would respond to me when he got back in town and it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. Now I’m going to have to pay another person to come out and fix what was done and repair my wall that was scratched up and dinged up. Still no response.

Jamar did a great job with getting my mom tv mounted. After he was done she called and bragged on what great service he provided and if we ever needed this service again, I will contact him. He did a great job.

He milked the clock! slow purposefully. Turned a few hours of mounting 2 TVs into two days because it was hourly. Was rude to me, was not equipped for the job causing long trips to Home Depot! I could go on! Ive tried to put out of my mind the horror of working with him and will hopefully be able to forget the experience. I finished the project myself! $620 to him!! Never again!

I charged $300 per TV and $50 for software setup. As stated on the phone conversation which were recorded. I told you that this job will be longer than expected. You stated, “It got to be done today l”. After getting materials for the job and being creative I made it work. Software setup was waived partial fee because I was unable set it up the way you wanted but software was setup to display menu.
