The lawn technician was excellent. They were able to accommodate us even though it was a small job. They were very professional. They arrived when they said they would, and the work was excellent.

was made to believe that they could handle the job, a yard crew without any safety equipment and not in work clothes for hazardous work, no belts tennis shoes,and cellphones by all but the lead man and he did not use any safety gear. used my equipment to hall branches, then brought another company in to do the bucket work.they cracked my driveway ,truck was way to big for the job.when they finished your guy asking of money,job still not complete. he did come back and remove the log out of the fence,4 out of 6 things were done 2 by your sub contractor which also broke 2 sections fence while cutting branches. your guy made promises up front then when here doing the quote. on the back side oh i need more money . the quote was raised at the start of the job . 3 of the things i was told no problem we can do it did not get done. one of which is a tree that did NOT get cut. If this is what you call a pro. I will never call on you again and will be glad to tell anyone and everyone do NOT hire these people

The person who schedules the service is actually not the person who will complete the service. In fact they don’t even work for the same company. The person who completes the service is late and will then try to get contracts for more work but not complete the work. An expansive job has not been completed and am currently trying to get a refund before seeking legal action.

Hey Tatiana, as we spoke earlier once again, I do apologize that you experienced this. Upon our investigation, you reached out to several pros. When ToppTier1 arrived at your residence to complete this job, you already had another pro working on site. Once we noticed you had another pro, we decided to leave your residence. Again, no one who represents ToppTier1 was involved with the services that you received... Also, when we arrived, there were some people outside who could also verify that we did not get out our vehicle. Can you reach out to remove your review as far as we were not the company to perform this type of service. This is a legal issue, and we don't want our name falsely accused. Thanks
