I got Moore and paid less for my computerrepairs;-) Justin is very informative and professional. I just moved to a new state and was very weary of finding someone new that I could trust to repair my laptop. Justin made the entire experience relaxing.

We offer both hourly and set prices, depending on your service needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have a quick 10 min phone call to discuss the needs and expectations of the customer. Following that depending on the service we can either come to the customer's location or arrange a pickup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in Computer Science, as well as over 10 years working with Networks, End User Support, PC repair, and Audio/Visual setup.
