JR was extremely professional and accommodating for my schedule. My grandmother bought a new nightstand online. Unfortunately, it was an international company with very confusing and complicated instructions. We had a neighbor try and give up. JR ran into a few challenges, and most people would have given up. He came back another day and spent over 2 hours in total and was able to get the stand completed perfectly! JR was so respectful, qualified, and nice to all of my family who were there. I would absolutely recommend him for anything you need putting together furniture, moving, fixing things, etc. I will be moving shortly and have already decided I will be going with Big Brothers. Hi. Everyone! I hired Jacques to remove and haul off a 2006 - 54 inch old television and out of service television hook-up’s.
He did a fabulous job coming to my home and removing the items at a reasonable price . I strongly recommend hiring Jacques for any items you need moved . I am a very satisfied customer and you will be too.

JR is an extremely knowledgeable business owner who does exactly what he agrees to with a great competitive price. I will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors and use him in the future. His skill set is extensive and he runs a very successful business! Thanks so very much for taking care of my project in less than a days time! He disassembled a broken bunk bed, neatly carried it out and hauled off several old items including a very heavy refrigerator. Big Brothers Moving & Hauling responded very quickly with a quote that was well under the others we had gotten. Not only that but they were so easy to work with. We asked for junk removal of a pile we created sitting in our back driveway that was accessible by alley. We sent a picture and they confirmed it’d be no big deal. Easy Peasy. They came and picked it all up and that was it. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. I would recommend them to any of my friends/family/neighbors. They did an awesome job and we will use them again!
