- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up to 2000 square feet - $235 2000 -2500 square feet - $285 2500-3000 square feet - $335 Nominal extra charge for crawlspace, older houses, and lengthy travel. These fees are about half what home inspectors charge in some parts of the country.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to complete 24 CEUs per year!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Although we all need to save money, do not skip hiring a home inspector. Home inspectors bring peace of mind as well as much information regarding your new home. That's worth a lot. The small fee that we charge can usually be recouped when the seller pays to fix some of the issues we find. Also, don't let price be the main reason you choose an inspector. Ask the suggested questions below to ensure that you are getting a professional inspector who will do a quality, thorough home inspection for you.
