- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to travel some and see what's happening on the food scene in other places. Jackson has a tight knit culinary community and we're always discussing food, business, etc. I read a lot of professional food magazines, blogs and cookbooks.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Food and the restaurant business have been in my family for years. I started working for my older brother in his deli when I was 13. I'm creative and cooking was a way to be creative and make a living. And I love making people happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Probably the top three are office/corporate lunches, medium sized parties in private homes and weddings.
