I requested a foundation repair estimate from the Olshan office in Little Rock, AR. I met with Matt Pass, the Olshan representative who came to my home, on April 15th. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all the questions I had. Because of this, he was able to provide me with several repair options. This allowed me to choose the option that would best coordinate with future improvements I intend to make.I have contracted with Olshan to perform the foundation repairs to my home. If Matt exemplifies what I can expect from the the work crew, I will be very pleased. I will modify this review once the repair work is complete.

Olshan will answer all of your questions truthfully, thoroughly, and professionally. In my opinion they are the top provider of home services and customer service anywhere they do business. Due to my experience today with Matthew Pass I will never use another foundation repair company and I will always recommend Olshan to anyone who needs any of the extensive services that they provide.

I had an estimate done on my foundation only to find that I didn't have anything wrong. They did not try to upsell or tell me something was wrong just to make money. When I do have foundation issues, I can guarantee that I will be using them!

Worked at it until fixed. Olshan came out to work on fixing a leak in my garage by putting a new drainage system on the side of my house. They also put a sump pump in my crawl space. When that didn't work they came out to my house again a couple of times and adjusted things, made them deeper until it was completely fixed all off of the original agreed price. Very hardworking and professional & would recommend.

The bedrock under my home is only about 12 inches below the footing. This prevented the installers from doing a standard installation. They did a great job of adapting to a different situation, and worked hard to ensure that the job was done timely with good quality that should last as long as the house. The foreman kept me informed as the job progressed, and they left the area around the work as they found it. I am very pleased.
