The lady was very kind & does free home visits for cake sampling. I requested a cream cheese on white cake. I sent a photo of the cake & color I wanted. She showed up with a leaning cake with a wrong color flower & said she didn't know our colors. It was bitter cake with too sweet of icing. I asked what it was. She said she's from the West and it is home made. The cake wasn't great but the cream cheese filling inside was. She said we don't want cream cheese, that it will melt. She also took our contract back (which was hand written..) when we asked to think it over. I called a professional & they said cream cheese can be stabilized. Later she messaged asking if she is still doing our wedding. I told her we have decided to go with another. She messaged back a short congrats followed by "..." Which made it seem a bit insincere. I dunno. It was interesting but not what we were looking for.

I price according to the job, but believe with working with all budgets and giving the best service regardless of you spend a dollar or $5000.

ask alot of questions and remain open minded and listen to what my client wants and being honest about the services we as a company can provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have worked in many up scale restraunts and i hold a certificate in catering.
