- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet with our customers and explain all the services we offer in addition to the service call. We also leave a business card with them and give them a discount if they refer a friend, family or just a regular neighbor to our company. It truly is an outstanding service. We love for new customers to try us and tell us what they think of our service and workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep learning about new products and stay up to date in everything so I will be aware of them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew that we will always need Air condition and coolers and freezers so I decided to take this type of work in college. My father own a professional steam cleaning business so when he was unable to continue his work, I took over and here I am.
