- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is ever hidden. Every Estimate, invoice and Contract is itemized so that the customer sees where every penny of their money goes. We do have advertised discounts a couple times a year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide all new customers a free initial consultation. It’s never timed and we want the customer to feel as comfortable with there projects as we do. We pride ourselves in building a relationship with our customers. We never want a customer to feel like they were just another job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed residential and commercial general contractor, Licensed Home Builder, certified in lead paint, asbestos, and mold treatment and removal, fire and water damage restoration. Bonded and Insured. We do continuing education every year.
