Introduction: With all the DIY shows out there today, more and more people are taking on home repairs themselves. I love that the average person has so many resources at their fingertips to help them take on these DIY projects. The problem today is that so many of us are busy with our families, our jobs, our hobbies and almost everything else that we just don't have the time that is needed to get the job done. That is why I started Belleau Sky Home Repair, LLC. I want to remove those worries and stresses from that to-do list that just keeps getting longer. The bonus for me is that I get to do what I love and help others because of my background in baking and pastry. I have always worked with my hands and have an exceptional attention to detail. Jon, helped me get my house ready to put on the market to sell. He installed new light fixtures in my master bath and kitchen. He also replaced rotten wood on the exterior of the house and did some painting on the inside. The icing on the cake was the epoxied garage floor that turned out fantastic. My house sold fast due to the work that Jon accomplished on my house. His work is outstanding and I highly recommend him.

Jon did a number of projects for me on my rental property in Minneapolis. Living out of town, it was a great relief to find someone like Jon who I could depend on to get things done well quickly, and for very reasonable rates. Jon assembled a tv cabinet that I think was complicated. He was on time and very professional. As he set about the task, I had complete confidence that he would do a good job. He did better than good - he did an outstanding job. He worked right through to the end and cleaned up all loose paper and miscellaneous bits. In addition, he has a manner that radiates a wonderful spirit. I am so glad I "found" him. If I have an occasion to need his service again, I would call him without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most small repairs I bill time and materials. My rate is $55 per hour with a minimum of a $75. For larger projects/repairs I access the needs of the customer and supply a written quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer over the phone to see what their needs are for the work that needs to be done. This also gives them a chance to get answers to any questions they may have. I want my customers to be very confident that they picked the right company to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing repairs on my own home for the past 20 years, was a building maintenance manager of 2 churches over 100 years old and have helped many friends keep their homes looking their best.
