- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system for residential reroofs and siding projects. Each project has its own unique characteristics and can effect our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a meeting with homeowner to meet at there property to get all the details of the project. We will provide and estimate and discuss with homeowner to answer any questions. Upon acceptance of contract we will work with the homeowner on scheduling the installation of job. We do not accept payment on most jobs until completion and 100% satisfaction of customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Joe Boyd, Owner) have a degree from Northern Michigan University in Construction Management and Business. Our other salesman, Greg Owen, is a licensed master electrician and has worked in the contracting field for 20+ yrs. Erik Bringslimark, Our production manager has 20+ years of experience in commercial and residential roofing.
